SDTMA This week's Meeting

Good Morning SDTMA!!

Thursday is our last SDTMA meeting of the year and it is our annual Holiday luncheon.  We will again be at SDI-HIDTA (Thank you Woody), 9665 Granite Ridge Drive, San Diego, CA (see attached map).

This week will involve a board election along with some language to change the by-laws.  Attached are both ballots.

For the bylaw change, currently, we vote on a whole new board every 2 years.  In order to ease transition, we are simply suggesting that 2 positions be voted on during even years and the other 2 during odd years.  That way, the entire board is not new...like it will be this time...there will be some experience on the board.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please email me your ballots by noon on Wednesday, November 17th.  Any ballots received after that will not be counted.  If you will be at the meeting, please just bring your ballot at that time.

Also, it is past the deadline to order lunch, so if you previously could not go, but now you can, just bring your lunch!  I look forwarding to seeing you all there.
