<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Century Gothic",sans-serif;color:#2F5496">Thursday is our last SDTMA meeting of the year and it is our annual Holiday luncheon. We will again be at SDI-HIDTA (Thank you Woody), 9665 Granite Ridge Drive, San Diego,
CA (see attached map).<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Century Gothic",sans-serif;color:#2F5496">This week will involve a board election along with some language to change the by-laws. Attached are both ballots.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Century Gothic",sans-serif;color:#2F5496">For the bylaw change, currently, we vote on a whole new board every 2 years. In order to ease transition, we are simply suggesting that 2 positions be voted on during
even years and the other 2 during odd years. That way, the entire board is not new…like it will be this time…there will be some experience on the board.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
