Good Afternoon:

I am pleased to announce that the next meeting of Women Leaders in Law Enforcement - San Diego Chapter will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2016, at 11:30 AM at the LECC in the Training Room, located at 4181 Ruffin Road San Diego, CA 92123.  Please park in the back and enter at the door on the north side of the building.  Once you enter the building take the first left and the Training Room will be on the right. The meeting room will be available at 11:30 AM for the start of networking/lunch.

This will be a bring your own brown bag lunch or you may order a box lunch from Honey Baked Ham that will be delivered to the meeting for you.  Your box lunch choices include:

  *   Sandwich (ham or turkey)and chips and a cookie      OR
  *   Master Salad with ham and turkey (Salad dressing choices are: ranch, honey ranch, fat free ranch or balsamic vinaigrette)
The cost is $8.50.  Please be aware you will need to provide your own drink. If you are interested in ordering a box lunch for the meeting please include that information in your RSVP. We must receive your box lunch order no later than January 13th!!!. Please bring cash, credit/debit card or a check payable to WLLE-SD.

We are honored to have  Leslie McGill the Executive Director for the California Police Chiefs Association and WLLE Founders Alana Forrest and Lacey Burt come and speak about the upcoming WLLE Conference in San Diego in November. We are also very excited to have these amazing women leaders come and share their experiences and insight with the WLLE-San Diego Chapter.

As a reminder, these meetings are open to men and women from all types of agencies and all ranks, both sworn and professional. Attached please find the agenda for the January 20, 2016 meeting, which includes the 2016 meetings dates, and the WLLE - San Diego minutes from the December 2, 2015 meeting.  If you know anyone in the WLLE group that has been promoted since our last meeting in December please let me know ASAP so we can recognize them at the meeting on December 2nd.
