Dear SDTMA Colleagues,

Our department recently experienced the loss of one of our police officers over the weekend. As we navigate this difficult time, we are working to ensure that accurate information is shared across our regional training community and that support resources are accessible to the officer’s family.

If appropriate, we would appreciate the Association’s assistance in disseminating this information to member agencies. The department has established a GoFundMe to help the family with funeral expenses and related financial needs, and we want to ensure that those who wish to contribute have the opportunity to do so.
