September 19 is a $299 Report Writing class specifically for 9-1-1 first responders, Records trainers, or professional staff who are tasked with writing daily or weekly observation reports, assigned as communications training officers, training officers, administrative assignments or recently promoted supervisors overseeing the training program.

November 21 is a $299 Leadership course exclusively designed for 9-1-1 Dispatch & Records Personnel who are emerging and existing leaders and those seeking promotion in public safety agencies.
