We are excited to begin planning for the 2025 Red Ribbon Award Ceremony & Luncheon! This year, we are releasing the nomination form early to ensure everyone has ample time to submit their nominations. We look forward to receiving nominations and reading about the hard work members of your organizations are doing in the field of drug prevention! Feel free to share this email with other colleagues or counterparts who are doing outstanding work in the field of drug prevention.

Additional details regarding the event date, time, location and registration will come at a later time.

Red Ribbon Nominations: In advance of the event, please take a moment to nominate individuals for the following award categories using the attached nomination form:

  1.  Frank Goldsmith Lifetime Achievement Award
  2.  The Enrique "Kiki" Camarena Law Enforcement Award
  3.  Excellence in Prevention Advocacy Award
  4.  Outstanding Prevention Program Award
  5.  Deb Nixon Education Award
  6.  Justice System Community Excellence Award

 Please submit all nominations by Friday, August 29, 2025 at 5:00 PM. Submissions can be sent to: SD.Community.Outreach at dea.gov<mailto:SD.Community.Outreach at dea.gov>
