Dear SUOPT community partners,

We are reaching out to request your feedback on the San Diego County Substance Use and Overdose Prevention Taskforce (SUOPT) website through a brief, anonymous survey that will take 2-3-minutes to complete.  Our goal is to maintain an easily navigable resource hub where initiative and community members can efficiently access information and resources related to substance use prevention, treatment, harm reduction. Your input will help us identify areas for improvement and will directly contribute to creating a more user-friendly platform for our community.
