Foundations in Care Coordination

  *   Date and time: Tuesday, February 6th, 2024, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. 
  *   About the Training:
     *   This free, virtual training will be taught by Candice Hendrickson, LMFT.
     *   Participants will learn the main principles of care coordination when providing services within the County of San Diego Behavioral Health System. Using various exercises, case study reviews, and activities, participants will develop their knowledge and practical skills in the application of care coordination components.
     *   This course qualifies for five hours of Continuing Education credit, see flyer for details.
