Get Safe is proud to announce an exciting update about our new, instructor-led virtual training option for Crisis Intervention and De-Escalation Training. We've had the pleasure of conducting three webinar courses via Zoom for Walnut Creek PD over the past few weeks and we received great feedback! We are hearing from a few agencies that the online course has become an option of interest, with Covid-19 social gathering restrictions still in place and no official update on when large gatherings will be allowed. This, combined with public demands for increased de-escalation and crisis intervention training, makes these instructor-led online courses a great win-win solution.

Hi Dan,

I hope this email finds you well!

I wanted to ask a quick question: if we would like to send the POST Region Consultants an update of how our virtual trainings have been going, to put in their newsletter, would that be something we could send on our own, or would we have to send that to you to distribute?

In the past we did send out our flyer w/the De-Escalation addition, and the reps were able to put it in their newsletter but with recent changes to contacting reps outside our region, I wanted to consult you first.

We have been noticing agencies are starting to open up to the idea of the virtual training option, since Covid social gatherings are still pretty restrictive, and no updates have been given just yet from government officials. So with that, we just wanted to get the region consultants the info, in case they've been getting inquires but haven't been sure if anyone has offered that option.

Thank you so much for your help on this! If you could reach back out as soon as Monday, that would be great, as we'd like to send this update next week.
