Good afternoon Nancy,

Thank you for considering hosting a RAP Sheet training at your facility.  Once you have confirmed you are able to host the training, please submit your request to RapSheetTraining at doj.ca.gov<mailto:RapSheetTraining at doj.ca.gov>.  There will be no cost from the California Department of Justice (DOJ) for the RAP Sheet training.

We do ask that you host and facilitate the training for 25-35 attendees per class.  Registration will be on a “first come/first served” basis until capacity is filled.  Note: there must be no-less-than 25 attendees, if less than 25 attendees I would have to refer the attendees to the DOJ recorded webinar RAP Sheet training instead of the on-site training seminar.

Once you have decided to move forward with the RAP Sheet training, please submit your request to DOJ’s RAPSheetTraining at doj.ca.gov<mailto:RAPSheetTraining at doj.ca.gov> and provide the following:

•        Training Dates

•        Training Times:  The classes are 4 hours long and usually are scheduled 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. (if there are going to be 2 sessions in one day)

•        Training Location

•        Room Capacity

•        How many attendees you hope to have

My management will review your request, and will notify me once it’s been approved.  Once approved, I will send out the information regarding the class get the flyer out on CLEW.

For your review, I have attached a flyer (course overview) and the Level 3 - Course Outline.
