Attached you will find the minutes from the last meeting along with the proposed by-law changes.  The changes are in red on pages 6&7 of the by-laws.  We will vote on the proposed changes at the March meeting.  Also, if you see any errors in the minutes, please PM me and I'll make the changes and resend them out.  Thank you!!
