Subject: OIS Course at San Diego Miramar College

Greetings to everyone,

A contract has been finalized between Miramar College and POST.  We will be presenting five ICI Officer Involved Shooting and Force Investigation courses in 2014.  This is a POST Plan IV class and is exempt for the budget cutback you may have heard about from POST.  There is reimbursement for travel, lodging, and per diem.  There is no tuition charge to POST certified agencies.

Our first class for February 3-7, 2014, is filled.

I have attached course announcement fliers for the other four classes, including one in August that was just added yesterday.

The dates of the four classes are:

February 24-28, 2014

April 28-May 2, 2014

June 2-6, 2014

August 25-29,2014

Please contact me to make reservations for any of the class or if you have any questions.  If you are no longer the training coordinator for your agency, please forward this email to that person and send me their information so I can remove your name from my list.
