Could you please send out to our group a request for information?  I am looking for a formalized career ladder system that any department has created to assist them in career planning.  Possibly classes needed to promote to the next level, requirements for promotion ect. We are in the process of creating a document with this information for supervisors to mentor their subordinates both civilian and sworn. When our project is completed, I will be most happy to share with others our final product.
