<b>PERT’s De-Escalation for Dispatchers</b> class. This is a fully interactive one-day (8 hour) training class, encompassing mental health crisis, de-escalation, and law enforcement responses. The purpose of this course is to provide the student dispatchers
(or any type of call taker, business office personnel, etc.) with a base of knowledge for serving individuals in mental health crisis or those with intellectual disabilities. The class is POST approved (CPT credit), designed for and open to ALL Law enforcement
agencies. <o:p></o:p></p>
