new video with interactive learning. To this point, Charday had been working with a team of subject-matter experts who have put together some great curriculum for a new POST self-paced course on Officer Safety. In the course, we talk about mental readiness
for critical incidents and tools for mitigating the physiological response to stressful calls.

<p class="xmsonormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">We met last week (our first 3 day SME workshop) but don’t have sufficient officers available for interviews. We have some room in the course set aside for officer interviews and are looking for a couple of
<b>sworn officers</b> who could lend us some time on-camera. They would be asked to describe one critical incident they were involved in, as well as how they handled the stress before, during, and after the incident. Including the real live experiences of current
officers is one of the most important parts of this course. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
