<p class="xmsonormal" style="background:white"><span style="color:#201F1E">Attached is a flyer for the Force Options Use of Force/De-escalation train the trainer course (SB230). This course is a T4T and it allows instructors to go back and teach an 8 hour
course to their students. The 8 hour course has 4 hours of UOF PSP and 2 hours Strategic Communications PSP. The T4T is a Plan I and the 8 hour course is also a Plan I. You DO NOT need to have a VR or FOS to teach this class…it can be taught using role-playing. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
