<p class="MsoNormal">Palomar College Police Academy holds an annual Advisory Board meeting, which utilizes the input of our local law enforcement partners to evaluate current curriculum and training practices, recruit qualified instructional and training staff,
and develop training goals that address the future training needs of all law enforcement departments.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">These meetings are generally compromised of academy training staff, chiefs of police, sheriff, or their designated training commanders and supervisors, along with consultants from POST. Those involved in recruitment and hiring, as well
as those involved in Field Training Programs are encouraged to attend. Please share this with personnel in your agency who would be most appropriate to participate.<o:p></o:p></p>
