<p class="MsoNormal">I’m reaching out to for help. I currently attending the Master Instructor Development Institute program with POST and am creating a Hate Crimes Investigation course for the Regional Training Center, San Diego (RTC).<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The training course will focus on identification and investigation of these crimes that terrorize victims and our communities. Addressing hate crimes is paramount, as allowing these acts to occur as a society violates our core beliefs
as Americans. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">An integral part of designing the Hate Crimes Investigation Course is validation within our law enforcement community for the need of this training. For this reason, I am conducting a survey to gain an understanding of hate crimes currently
being provided to officers throughout the State, which will identify training needs and help shape the design of the course.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I invite you to please take this anonymous 5 minute survey. Your identity will remain anonymous and the information collected will only be used to determine training needs for officers. All data collected will be destroyed after 6 months.<o:p></o:p></p>
