<p class="MsoNormal" style="background:white"><span style="font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:black">While I understand, in practice, why we wanted staff to attend their own training, we have found that our instructors believe it to be a waste of resources.
The staff's expertise has grown with teaching, not by attending the training. They also do a "dry run" of the training before it is conducted to wring out any issues, so the actually complete the exercises before they even put on the class. Just my 2 cents...
