The Orange County District Attorney's Office has created a "Recommended Best Practices for Use of AI Technology by Law Enforcement Agencies." In addition to any other safeguards agencies are using, these best practices will help law enforcement agencies ensure that AI-assisted narratives and other technologies meet legal and evidentiary standards.

Could you please distribute this to the OCTMA email distribution list with a request that they distribute it to their agencies?
