This 2025 Webinar focuses on Counterterrorism & Workforce Perspectives in the Southern California Border Region. We have a wonderful lineup of guest presenters who are all experts in their career fields and areas of study. There will be discussions on the designation of Mexican Drug Cartels as Foreign Terrorist Organizations and what that means for our region.
