🎉You're invited to the Learning Luncheon hosted by the BUDI team on April 25, 2025. 🎉


I'm excited to announce that our Learning Luncheon, at which we'll release the Annual BUDI Status Report, is scheduled for November 25, 2025!
This Status Report from BUDI, released during Alcohol Awareness Month, addresses the risks of alcohol misuse. It focuses on recognizing excessive drinking, preventing underage drinking, and finding support.

Through a panel discussion featuring guest speakers, we will raise awareness, enhance understanding, and reduce stigma around alcoholism.

We will be featuring the following guest speakers:

⧫ Carol Manisouk, Epidemiologist, San Diego County Behavioral Health
 Services Population Health Unit

⧫ Paige Colburn-Hargis, Injury Prevention Community Outreach Program
 Coordinator, Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla Trauma Services

⧫ Jim Crittenden, Coordinator, Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drug Prevention,
 Attendance, Safety, and Student Engagement, San Diego County Office of
 Education

⧫ Hailey Williams, Deputy District Attorney, Director, DUI Homicide, San Diego
 County District Attorney's Office
