Good evening, I hope all of you are doing well.  Let me know if there are any revisions needed to September's minutes and complete action items below to help me meet the deadlines.


  *   2025 SDTMA Nomination Ballot, email your SDTMA 2025 Nomination Ballot to mbatuyong at portofsandiego.org<mailto:mbatuyong at portofsandiego.org> no later than 5pm November 1, 2024.  You will receive an email Election Ballot on 11/07/2024, votes must be emailed to me by 5pm November 14th.  Results will be announced Nov. 21st meeting.

In September's SDTMA meeting I mentioned about having a Mexican Fiesta for our last meeting of the year.  I apologize, I was unaware that the vendor must be on the City of Coronado Catering List.  I am going with Japanese Food.  Complete the Kyoto food & drink choice attachment and email that to me no later than Monday, November 18, 2024.   Bento boxes and individual sushi rolls will be delivered instead of being catered.  I hope we can have a big turnout before we start the upcoming holiday season.
