Good morning everyone,

We recently conducted a department climate survey and there were obvious concerns about staffing challenges. I am interested in understanding this better from the broader perspective of staffing throughout the county. Can you please provide your agency's staffing percentages at the moment? I anticipate this may be mutually beneficial as a talking point regarding negotiations for those agencies who are shorter staffed. Thanks in advance for those who can respond.
