SDTMA De-Escalation for Dispatcher's

PERT is pleased to announce three (3) new sessions of our De-Escalation for Dispatchers class. This is Crisis Intervention Training designed for your dispatchers, call takers, business office personnel and just about any other professional non-sworn staff members that may come in contact with a person that is upset and or in crisis. The FREE one-day class is POST Certified and is a great away to receive your state mandated CPT credits. The flyer is attached.
