PERT is pleased to announce our next De-Escalation for Dispatchers class. This is Crisis Intervention Training for your dispatchers, call takers, business office personnel and just about any other professional non-sworn staff members that may come in contact with a person that is upset and or in crisis. The FREE one-day class is POST Certified and is a great away to receive your state mandated CPT credits. The flyer is attached.

NOTE: Effective immediately, PERT requests that all Communications personnel attend the De-Escalation for Dispatchers class as a prerequisite to attending the 3-Day PERT academy.
