All,

We are working on getting a Basic 40-Hour FTO Course certified by POST so that we can teach it our agency's training facility.  There is a serious lack of available FTO courses within San Diego County, and when we can find an open seat somewhere it is typically out of county which adds travel costs in addition to the training.

Please review this attached Training Needs Assessment and give me a quick yes/no as to whether you think it would be a good addition to augment our county training needs.  We would like to move forward with getting this course certified as soon as possible.
