We still have several seats available in our next De-Escalation for Dispatchers class being held on December 14, 2023. This is Crisis Intervention Training for your dispatchers, call takers, business office personnel and just about any other professional non-sworn staff members that may come in contact with a person that is upset and or in crisis. The FREE one-day class is POST Certified and is a great away to receive your state mandated CPT credits. The flyer is attached.
