SDTMA Legal & Fiscal Proof of Completion/Attendance for Training

Hello all, I am looking for input from the folks who have to process travel/reimbursement claims for people who attend non-POST-certified training but do not receive proof of their attendance/completion.  What are you providing to your finance staff in order to fulfill the audit trail if you are required to do so?

There is also a legal consideration as well if a training issue comes up in a court case, so even if you do not have a fiscal requirement of proof, what are you doing to ensure there is a record of completion for legal issues?
