SDTMA PERT De-Escalation for Dispatchers

PERT is pleased to announce another De-Escalation for Dispatchers class scheduled for, April 6, 2023. This course is POST certified and will provide your professional non-sworn staff with CPT credit. Register quickly, space is limited.

It should be noted that this class would be a good fit for any dispatcher, call taker, personnel assigned to your business office or any of your other staff that may answer a phone or speak to somebody at the front counter, etc.
