CA POST - Training to be conducted at the SDI HIDTA Training Room
Law Enforcement on the Stand

This course offers meaningful training on how to answer the questions government lawyers ask on direct and defense lawyers ask during cross-examination. Officers will learn how to better prepare for giving testimony under oath and how to effectively handle attacks on credibility. This is a highly effective program, taught by a nationally recognized instructor and tailored to give officers essential
skills needed when they are called to testify.
