We just received word that our De-Escalation for Dispatchers class, scheduled for this week (11/30) and hosted by the California CLETS Users group has been cancelled by the host agency. If you were planning on attending this class, we apologize, but we have another class available on January 25, 2023. The training is FREE! Please let me know if you would like to enroll.
