Good morning SDTMA,

I am looking for customer service training for our civilian front counter staff that teaches about dealing with irate or difficult customers. Chula Vista PD has about 1200 citizens per month visit the front counter with an increased number of hostile interactions. Does anyone know of a training that would be helpful?
