Good Morning SDTMA!

As my final act as your secretary, I have attached the minutes from yesterday's meeting, along with the bylaws that were voted on yesterday.  You can see the new language on page 6 section 3 (b).  It has been a pleasure serving you these past 6 years, but you are in good hands with Heather Hutchinson from Carlsbad PD.  Have an amazing holiday season!!
