I hope this is alright that I am sending this to you all.  The San Diego Law Enforcement Coordination Center (SD-LECC) is going to be hosting a training webinar on February 25th on the Involuntary Celibates or INCEL’s movement/ideology.  This is a webinar strictly for Law Enforcement personnel only as we will be discussing actual cases and LE sensitive material. (U) The SD-LECC is inviting you to the following training opportunity: Involuntary Celibates (INCEL).


  *   The SD-LECC is happy to have Dr. Shiloh Catanese and Dr. Charles Scott Musgrove present this online webinar training, focusing on the ideology of Involuntary Celibates.  Dr. Catanese and Dr. Musgrove are both practicing psychologists, who work with the Los Angeles Police Department. Their two hour presentation is structured for someone who has never heard of an Incel, but also goes deep enough into the psychological components and case examples that those familiar with the concept will find it beneficial.  At the conclusion of their presentation, we will have a San Diego County Sheriff’s Detective who is assigned to the Joint Terrorism Task Force, debrief a local case, where the suspect showed Incel ideologies.
