We would like to reach out to you in helping us get the word out, if you know anyone that is looking to put themselves through the POST Regular Basic Course Extended Academy and needs certification to get hired as a Police Officer or Deputy Sheriff in the State of California.  Please forward the attachments (requirements & instructions, including the application, and upcoming timelines). The Southwestern College 70th Police Academy Class Application & Testing Timelines are listed below:



Application Deadline:

Saturday, November 7, 2020 @ 10pm



Test Sessions:

Physical Agility Test Date: Saturday, November 21 - 9am to 11:30am

Interview Dates: Monday, November 30 thru Friday, December 4, 2020



Orientations:

Orientation 1 - Thursday, December 10 - 5:00pm to 9:00pm

Orientation 2 - Saturday, December 12 - 7:00am to 11:00am



Academy Start Date:

Saturday, January 9, 2021 @ 8am to 5pm
