Good afternoon fellow training managers,
I ran a compliance review of all the agencies in region 10.  Some agencies have a 12 month and 18 month probation period, however If you could review your Basic Certificate compliance in EDI and if your officer whom is out of compliance qualifies for his/her basic course, please have them submit the request through EDI.  There are quite a few agencies this applies to so please check your personnel's Basic Certificate requirement.

There are other out of compliance issues, however based on COVID19 and trainings being halted, please refer to POST Bulletin 2020-14 along with a "Justification Letter" on your department letterhead explaining why your agency has not met compliance.  This letter does not need to be provided to me until the end of this training cycle.
