Attached is a TNA from a private presenter for a newly formed "De-Escalation for Supervisors" course.  This is not a mandated requirement for supervisors to attend.

Please review the TNA and please respond to Brook for a tally if you feel this is an unmet need for instruction to SUPERVISORS De-escalation.
