The presenter, R3results has put together a De-Escalation Course which is a requirement for all CA Law Enforcement Officers to take from a POST approved presenter.  This Course will follow the 2019-07 bulletin of the De-Escalation Course mandate.

Only a few agencies in Region 10 have developed the De-Escalation Course and with the large number of Police Officers and limited De-Escalation Courses available in Region 10, another presenter will help to ease the load on the limited agencies providing a POST approved course.

Please review this TNA and provide me with your recommendation on going forward with the course.

Hi Dan,
It was a pleasure speaking with you today. I went ahead and have forwarded the information to the founders of my company for review of  the training requirements. I should have confirmation that we can provide a training that meets all requirements at the end of the day Monday. In the meantime please check out our website it contains a ton of great information about what we offer. I will be sending you a link that will allow you to complete our training course next week as well.

I went on website to locate the training needs assessment form to complete but was unable to find it. Can you email me the correct form when you get a chance? Or let em know where I can find on the website.
