Hello Brooke,
Here is a Training Needs Assessment from a private presenter reference an upcoming conference in 2020.

"The Conference provides opportunities for officers to engage in training on topics such as evidence based policing methods, organizational effectiveness, design thinking, mindfulness, officer wellness, data governance, and hear from officers how they've worked with the community to solve issues as joint stakeholders. This type of training is not available in San Diego County, where all of the stakeholders are gathered to workshop and actively learn on an evidence-based level. A highlight of the conference will be the workshop on Data Governance by the Chief Data Officer of Houston Police Department."
