  *   Agency size (# of sworn) if/when fully staffed.
  *   How many Sergeants your agency has (fully staffed)
  *   Where those Sergeants are assigned (patrol, investigations, traffic etc.)
  *   How many line level sworn (officers, corporals, agents etc.) you have
