Good Afternoon,

My name is Paul Landeros and I am the Logistics Specialist at the National Conflict Resolution Center<https://www.ncrconline.com/>. We have been working with Daniel Schmitt our Regional Post Representative to get our curriculums approved through the State focusing on Law Enforcement agencies. I was asked to survey multiple people about our curriculum’s we are looking to approve in which I have attached in this email. Please note that one curriculum would be Resident/Law Enforcement & the other would be only Law Enforcement. At the bottom of this email I have included some survey questions for you to answer at your earliest convenience in regards to our trainings.

Survey Question:

  * How important is dialogue between law enforcement and the community in building a cohesive relationship?

  * Community policing involves law enforcement agencies working together with the community to address the causes of crime in an effort to reduce the problems themselves through respectful communication. How can law enforcement and the community work together to improve community policing?

  * How can the community members support Law Enforcement in their local communities?

  * How can relations between Law Enforcement and the community be improved through effective communication and de-escalation tactics

  * How can increased trust between amongst Law Enforcement and Community members help reduce the negative perspectives and stereotypes that are prevalent today?
