Forensic Examination of Violent Crime Scenes: June 11-13
Course Description: This advanced course will present both the theory and practical application of several techniques that are essential to crime scene examination and reconstruction of violent crimes. Practical exercises and case studies will be utilized to reinforce the material presented.

Firearm Technology and Specialist Training: Sept 10-12
Course Description: Attendees will be able to encounter a varied collection of firearms and ammunition, and be able to safely clear, accurately identify, classify, and competently categorize any firearm or ammunition, even the oldest obscure foreign military examples, all within ATF and State guidelines. There is an emphasis on understanding ammunition, the accurate  identification of guns and ammunition, and the ability to competently explain methods of operation.

Basic Evidence Management: October 23
Course Description: Designed to provide resources and tools for the Evidence Technician working in the agency's Evidence Room.  Helps Evidence Technicians be efficient and knowledgeable about everyday tasks involved in receiving, storage, maintenance and disposal of items being held by the Evidence Room
Evidence Management for Supervisors: October 24
Course Description: Designed for Evidence Unit Supervisors or those wanting to promote to a leadership position within the Evidence Unit.  Targets some of the responsibilities and tasks involved when supervising evidence management.
