SDTMA Breast Cancer Awareness patches

Our agency would like to support and wear the breast cancer awareness patches on our uniforms this October. We are in the infancy stage of research. If your agency wears them:

1) can you send me a picture of the patch?
2) where do your order them from?
3) who purchases the patches? Agency, POA, employee or other?
4) can you share your policy if you have one?

We are a little late in the game for this year but we are trying to make it happen. Thanks for your time, Lea
