SDTMA Canine Agitator Course - New Course TNA

Our department is in the process of creating a POST certified Canine Agitator course, which will be taught by Manuel Villanueva of Man-K9 Inc.  Before we can submit it to POST, we must complete a Training Needs Assessment, which questions if this is an unmet need and if there are any existing local courses.  I did not see any POST certified Canine Agitator courses in southern California in the POST course catalog.

The class we are proposing is a 16 hour course, Plan IV, with a tuition of $375. If this course were to be approved, would you be likely to send your officers to this training?
