My name is Brad Pennings.  I am an Officer with the California Highway Patrol Border Division Commercial Unit.  The CHP will be conducting an allied agency 40 hour POST certified Commercial Vehicle Enforcement course in October 2017.  The course will be held at CHP Headquarters in Sacramento, CA.
