We would like to make you all aware of a Police Executive Fellowship Program opportunity open to mid- to senior-level state, local, and tribal law enforcement officers in support of the FBI's Active Shooter Initiative at FBI Headquarters.

The fellow would be an integral member of a small team devoted to enhancing the FBI's national efforts to assist its law enforcement partners in the prevention of and response to active shooter incidents. The fellow would have the opportunity to help develop and provide national-level training, attend high-level meeting with internal and external partners, and contribute to informational products specifically tailored to state and local law enforcement colleagues.

The assignment lasts six months with an option for an additional three months. A brochure outlining the program's benefits and eligibility criteria and an application form are attached. Officers currently possessing an FBI Secret clearance are desirable, but the program is open to all qualified law enforcement officers.
