SDTMA Upcoming dispatch courses in the area

Hi SDTMA,

We have a couple of Dispatch classes being hosted at RTC for any of your dispatch personnel. One course is on bullying – how to manage and intervene with it within communications center. The other is on mass casualty incidents and the dispatcher’s role.

Both are through IXII, which is a dispatch training group, and held at our office in San Diego.
