SDTMA Dispatch classes being held locally

Hi SDTMA,

As you know, RTC has partnered with IXII to provide some additional dispatch courses in San Diego County. The classes we have already offered have all been successful, with excellent feedback.

All of these courses will be held at RTC, but registration is through IXII. Please see the attached flyers for additional information, but these are the following classes and dates:

Dispatcher Terrorism Awareness - February 6, 2017
Dispatcher - Active Shooter Situations - February 27, 2017
Dispatcher Role in Mass Casualty Incidents - March 13, 2017
Dispatcher Wellness - April 7, 2017
Dispatcher Ethics & Leadership - May 1, 2017
Dispatcher Crisis Negotiations - June 12, 2017
