SDTMA By-law modificaion

Good Afternoon SDTMA!

When I sent out the meeting reminder, I forgot to attach the proposed by-law changes of making board positions every 2 years.  Attached you will find the proposed by-law changes, which are in red on pages 6&7 of the by-laws.  We will vote on the proposed changes at the March 17th meeting.  If you will not be at the meeting and have an opinion, please email it to me and I will represent your thoughts/opinion at the meeting.  Have a great weekend!
